Diocesan leadership works as a team to manage the daily business and vision implementation of the Diocese. We place a strong emphasis on collegiality and mutual respect as we seek to operate as true Kingdom partners, loving each other in Christ and bearing one another’s burdens. Laity and clergy who are part of C4SO have found their “tribe” within Anglicanism, but also have a strong affinity based on shared values and vision.
