Our Field

Younger adults and those Americans who live in the Western part of the United States are much less likely to believe in God than are those living elsewhere.

The highest number of atheists and agnostics live in the western USA.

One quarter of western U.S. adults claim no religious affiliation

Our Mission

God authorized and commanded me to commission you: Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I’ll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age.

The Great Commission,
The Message
Join the Journey

It's all about the Kingdom.

Kingdom of God, apprentices of Jesus.

If you join us on this journey, you will be planting churches with a heart for the Kingdom of God, making apprentices of Jesus - people who do and say as he taught was best, and do it all for the sake of others. We desire to emulate Christ in all we do, and teach others how to do the same, that we might see the West Coast transformed, beginning in the local regions of new church plants.
C4SO is not just about starting individual churches. We're birthing church planting movements that are based in local churches. This method of outreach is as old as the Apostles. We are committed to Kingdom principles of justice, peace, and healing where local churches are outposts for the greater Church and Kingdom of God.

Creative Spiritual Formation. Authentic Missional Movement.

Each church plant will plant two daughter churches every five years. Our core practices emphasize creative spiritual formation for the sake of others and authentic missional engagement leading to the inbreaking of God's Kingdom all over the West Coast.

You and I are Christians today because someone planted a church. -Todd Hunter
